FloodSmart Reports - Flood Risk Assessment

Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) for more complex Sites

What does it solve?

The FloodSmart Pro is the most detailed in our range of Flood Risk Reports designed to assess risks to a property or business.

The report is designed for sites in Flood Zone 3, where more detailed assessment is required to meet the needs of the Environment Agency and Local Authority planning conditions.

FloodSmart Pro includes all the features of a FloodSmart Plus Report with the addition of a review of the suitability of a proposed development and any necessary mitigation measures required.

Importantly, FloodSmart Pro involves consultation with key regulators at the earliest possible stage. This approach has proven invaluable for more complex sites located within Flood Zone 3 and can reduce the scope for regulatory rejection further on in the project timeline.

The report provides comprehensive, clear and pragmatic advice, together with details of further work that may be required to support the development through the planning process.
