FRA, Environment Agency Data Analysis, Flood Zones 2 and 3
The FloodSmart Plus report is designed to assess risks to a site, property or business from all sources of flooding.
Our consultants assess available data to determine the level of risk based on professional judgement and years of experience.
FloodSmart Plus includes all the features of a FloodSmart Report with the addition of preliminary consultation with the local Environment Agency office and the inclusion of available EA flood risk data.
Importantly, FloodSmart Plus involves consultation with key regulators at the earliest possible stage. This approach has proven invaluable for more complex sites located within Flood Zone 2 and 3 and can reduce the scope for regulatory rejection further on in the project timeline.
This report is recommended for most sites in Flood Zone 2 or 3. Such sites tend to be more complex and their development is heavily influenced by Local Authority consultations with the Environment Agency.
The report provides clear and pragmatic advice regarding the nature and potential significance of flood hazards which may be present.
They are the most cost effective way to meet local authority planning conditions.
If your site requires more detailed assessment including a site visit, our FloodSmart Pro report provides this.
FloodSmart Plus requires Environment Agency consultation and data.
Our delivery time is dependent on Environment Agency response times to supply data, which can take up to 20 working days.
Typically your report will be dispatched 10 working days from receipt of the data.
Premium delivery is available if report is urgent.
Report will be sent in electronic format as a .pdf file straight to your inbox.
