FRA, Environment Agency Data Analysis, Flood Zones 2 and 3, Site Visit
The FloodSmart Pro report is the most detailed in our range of Flood Risk Reports, designed to assess risks to a site, property or business from all sources of flooding.
The report is designed for sites in Flood Zone 3, where more detailed assessment is required to meet the needs of the Environment Agency and Local Authority planning conditions, including a site visit.
FloodSmart Pro includes all the features of a FloodSmart Plus report with the addition of a site visit.
Our consultants assess available data to determine the level of risk based on professional judgement and years of experience.
FloodSmart Pro involves consultation with key regulators at the earliest possible stage. This approach has proven invaluable for more complex sites located within Flood Zone 2 and 3 and can reduce the scope for regulatory rejection further on in the project timeline.
The report provides comprehensive, clear and pragmatic advice, together with details of further work that may be required to support the development through the planning process.
They are the most cost effective way to meet local authority planning conditions.
