SuDS Map and Summary, Run-off Amount, Preliminary Assessment
Planning applications require the developer to explore suitable SuDS options, starting with infiltration drainage. Whether infiltration can be achieved or not depends on the capacity of the ground to receive water.
The SuDSmart Report is the first in our range of SuDS Reports designed to explore suitable SuDS options.
The report is based on GeoSmart’s innovative SuDS Infiltration Map, showing a site’s infiltration suitability (low, moderate, high) on a 50m grid providing total confidence during the early conceptual design stage.
The report considers potential infiltration issues, runoff volumes and flows for initial design and discussion with the regulator.
The report typically supports developers and regulators in support of planning by creating and evaluating an appropriate drainage system for a site.
Need more detail to develop a feasibility study and strategy for SuDs for your development? Our SuDSmart Plus Report provides the answer.
We can also supply a Detailed Drainage Design.
