EnviroSmart Report - Phase 1 contaminated land

Phase 1 Contaminated Land Desktop Study with Walkover and detailed review of planning history and available borehole logs

What does it solve?

The EnviroSmart Pro Report is the most comprehensive in our range of Contaminated Land Reports designed to assess whether a site has potential land quality issues, state who and what is at risk, and outline the solutions available.

Our consultants assess available environmental data and historical mapping to determine the risk level based on regulatory guidance, professional judgement, and years of experience.

EnviroSmart Pro includes all the features of the EnviroSmart and EnviroSmart Plus reports with the addition of detailed review of planning history and available borehole logs.

As required, recommendations for further works will be presented to address any of the potentially significant hazards identified.

The report provides clear and pragmatic advice regarding the nature and potential significance of contamination and geotechnical hazards which may be present.

They are the most cost effective way to meet local authority planning conditions.
