Yes we can, although we recommend you give us a call or send us an email to discuss the Site/property so we can discuss the details and complexity of the dispute.

This will depend on the nature of the situation. We charge by the hour to attend all meetings and these costs will not be included in any reporting.

We have several consultants working at GeoSmart who have worked on legal matters within the seven years we have been operating as a business, as well as prior to GeoSmart’s formation. These consultants include Hydrologists, Geologists and Drainage Experts.

This does not commit you to making any payment at this stage. Once we have received your enquiry, we will get back to you by phone to check your details, discuss your enquiry, respond to any queries you may have, confirm the price of the service(s) you are interested in, and to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

If you wish to proceed, we can then send you a formal confirmation document and take payment. Once your payment is processed and required information received, we can start work straight away.

• Any Site plans and/or photographs you may have.
• The nature of your enquiry.
• Confirmation of the parties involved.
